"Loco" Loukas Bethea is a 24 year, living in MI. Yeah that's right MI! One of many who surf on the Great Lakes. One of of the very few, if any who shape quality surfboards. Polyurethane and EPS/Epoxy. After shaping for 2 years, Loukas moved down to FL. But after only 2 1/2 years of living in FL he returned to the Great Lakes State, for what? Loukas and his father and now in the process of opening a small surf shop in Costa Rica, where Loukas has been to 4 times, and calls home. His name "LOCO" fits him very well. So now he is trying to get his name, his product and his well..."surf" product out there in the surfing world, before he makes his big move to Costa Rica!
